My name is Desiree, and I help people to connect with their most authentic self, to live a life that feels purposeful and peaceful.
Most of us unknowingly live through a version of ourselves built from adaptive patterns, old experiences, and unconscious beliefs, which overtime weighs us down and creates a deep sense of disconnection,frustration, orunhappiness.
Automatic, unwanted, or destructive behaviors are all expessions of this old self, replaying in our thoughts, bodies, and actions, keeping ustrapped in cycles of stagnation and dissatisfaction. My work is based on the foundation that great transformation is, not only possible, but inevitable when we reconnect with our true self, the part of us that has always known how to be free, aligned, and whole.
By identifying and gently dissolving the layers of who we are not, the true self naturally emerges, bringing clarity, vitality, and a sense of belonging.I have walked this journey myself, from trauma, addictions, and pain to wellbeing, joy, and freedom, and I now guide others to do the same.

My mission is to compassionately guide people recovering from trauma and addiction back to their embodied truth, offering trauma‑informed coaching, somatic tools, and lived‑experience wisdom. I create a safe, steady space where old survival patterns can dissolve, inner resilience can be reclaimed, and sustainable freedom and purpose can unfold — so each person can live a life that feels purposeful and peaceful.
