Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Appointment cancellations by client

    • Full refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

    • No refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non‑refundable. Where possible, you may request one reschedule (subject to availability) but no refund will be given.

    • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without charge if done at least 48 hours before the appointment. Subsequent or late rescheduling may incur a fee.

  • Group events, workshops & special bookings

    • Full refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event receive a full refund.

    • Partial refund / credit: Cancellations 48 hours–7 days before the event will be offered credit toward a future event (or a 50% refund at my discretion).

    • No refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non‑refundable; transfer of place to another participant may be permitted.

  • Rescheduling

    • If I need to cancel or significantly change an appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

  • How refunds are issued

    • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

  • Exceptions & urgent circumstances

    • I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible; exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
